R13 x SAUVAGES Sid cap (named after Sid Vicious, Sex Pistols) is the fusion between 150 years of expertise in Military headwear and the underground elegance of the Sauvages design. Crafted in a 19thcentury-old factory based in France that has been producing French Army headwear since 1846.
The sharp cut of the shape combined with noble wool-cashmere materials and the double-sided vinyl visor gives Sid an underground yet luxurious look that balances the silhouette and favors the attitude. The uniqueness of this design can also be found in the details. The skull illustration on the lining has firstly been hand-drawn in a pointillism technique before getting printed on a bright red satin fabric.
